    R2R HR Services offers ADVANCED DIPLOMA IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (ADHRM) for those who want to have an awareness about Human Resource Management and wish to take up HR as a skill area for advancement in their career. This is a kind of beginner's step in direction of Human Resource Management.

     

    There are two types of courses; one is a 6-day module, which is conducted on a full-day basis (from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm). The second type is a distance-learning process. Here the course material is sent in soft-form by email. Participants have to study them and then answer questions sent at the end of each week. Those who pass each module, will be sent the next module. At the end of six modules, a Certificate is issued along with a CD containing formats and templates for reference and use by the participants.
